Jan Grieff - Principal, JG Research Associates. Jan Grieff has more than 25 years of experience providing development research services to large and small non-profit organizations and investment firms nationally and internationally. Prior to starting her own firm she managed development research operations at both the University of Pennsylvania and Temple University, and served as director of development for the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia. Ms. Grieff has served as an adjunct faculty member for the University of Pennsylvania’s College of General Studies and a faculty member for CASE, AHP and AFP. She is a former board member of the Metropolitan Career Center and the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of AFP and served on the development committee of the Valley Council of Girl Scouts of America. She is a founder of Volunteer Ventures, which encourages volunteering among high school students. She is a graduate of Wilson College.
Shirley Jenks, Principal, Jenks Group, LLC As a consultant to charitable organizations, in 1994 Shirley established the Jenks Group, LLC in to assists with fundraising, organizational development, strategic planning and executive search. The firm works nationally and internationally with a wide array of museums, historic preservation groups, and other cultural organizations; health and human services causes; and faith-based and educational institutions. Shirley’s prior experience includes chief development officer with the New York Landmarks Conservancy, the Cultural Council Foundation, the American Craft Museum, and the American Academy in Rome and Senior Consultant with the New York nonprofit consulting firm of Goodale Associates. She is an honors graduate in Political Science from Manhattanville College, NY. She received a Masters degree in art history from the University of London where she studied medieval architecture at the Courtauld Institute of Art. Shirley is also an active volunteer, serving as a board member of both the New York Preservation Archive Project and the American Foundation for the Courtauld Institute of Art.
Stephanie St. Pierre - President and CEO, St. Pierre Group. The St. Pierre Group is a management consulting firm providing professional services related to health promotion and disease prevention, environmental and occupational health, and bioethics in government, non-profit and private sectors. Prior to establishing St. Pierre Group, she directed the Native American Health Institute at George Washington University where she was also a Visiting Professor at the School of Public Health. Prior to her career in public health, Ms. St. Pierre was a children’s book author. Her titles include What the See Saw; numerous Sesame Street and Rugrat titles including Tickle Me, Elmo; Big Bird Walks; Rugrats Blast Off; and The Story of Jim Henson, Creator of the Muppets. Stephanie received an undergraduate degree in fine arts from Brown University, an M.P.H degree from the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University and is currently a Ph.D candidate at City University of New York.
