Our relationship with clients doesn’t end with the close of the search. Much information is gathered from candidates and clients during the search process. Client organizations make an investment to use executive search and that investment shouldn’t end once the candidate embarks on their role. CGN leverages information gathered during the search to help the client and candidate have a successful transition period.
The interview and reference process all of this provides a wealth of information that can be used to help a new hire. What are their strengths? What leadership characteristics need to be developed? While we feel an ideal situation is one where our candidate is “perfect” in the real world most candidates will need to improve on or further develop certain skills. CGN ensures that information gathered through the recruiting process is transferred to the hiring manager. Another goal of on-boarding is to manage the expectations of new hires to ensure they are realistic. This will help avoid the ups and downs in spirit that new hires can experience. A client entrusts CGN to find their ideal candidate and we want to ensure that the selected candidate is set up for success.
